The Pohutukawa is a beautiful tree native to New Zealand.

It produces large bright red flowers just in time for Christmas hence it has a nickname of the New Zealand Christmas Tree.  

Sadly, the tree's future is under threat due to damage done by possums and a very new (May 2017) finding, Myrtle Rust.

The threats to this iconic native tree are being managed and we hope New Zealanders and visitors to New Zealand will be able to enjoy these striking trees for many more generations.  

Designed and handcrafted in New Zealand each Pendant is individually made with close attention to detail making it just that little bit more special.
